Task and thread priority for async traces. Arguments are three characters: [ThreadPriority][TaskPriority][TaskPriorityIfForcedToNormalThreadPriority] where ThreadPriority is \'h\' or \'n\' or \'b\' (high/normal/background) and TaskPriority is \'h\' or \'n\' (high/normal).
