Help

If net.IpNetDriverUseReceiveThread is true, the maximum number of packets that can be waiting in the queue. Additional packets received will be dropped.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> net.IpNetDriverReceiveThreadQueueMaxPackets 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
