Help

Whether to keep or discard unused quality level shadermaps in memory. 0: keep all quality levels in memory. (default) 1: Discard unused quality levels on load.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.DiscardUnusedQuality 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
