Help

Whether to allow shadow rays to terminate early, on first intersected primitive. This may result in worse denoising quality in some cases. (default = 0)

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.RayTracing.Shadows.AcceptFirstHit 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
