The if non zero we allow GPU Ticks to be initialized in the System\'s concurrent tick rather than on the game thread.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> fx.Niagara.SystemSimulation.ConcurrentGPUTickInit 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
