If > 0, when merging in from parent emitters swap linked variables in the stack to be "Fail If Previously Not Set" for their default type.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> fx.ForceFailIfPreviouslyNotSetOnMerge 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
