This allows to override the frame time measurement with a fixed fps number (game can run faster or slower). <=0:off, in frames per second, e.g. 60
Usage
Unreal console (open with ~)
> t.OverrideFPS 1Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
