Select the compression methods for the shader code. 0: None (uncompressed) 1: LZ4 2: Oodle (default) 3: ZLib

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.Shaders.CompressionFormat 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
