0: CSM shaders for scenes without any precomputed lighting are not generated unless r.AllowStaticLighting is 0. (default) 1: CSM shaders for scenes without any precomputed lighting are always generated.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.Mobile.EnableNoPrecomputedLightingCSMShader 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
