Enable a single RHI thread stall before polling occlusion queries. This will only happen if the RHI\'s occlusion queries would normally stall the RHI thread themselves.
Usage
Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.Occlusion.SingleRHIThreadStall 1Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
