Set non zero to use GameFileMask during PSO precompile - recording should always save out the usage masks to make that data availble when needed.

Usage

Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.ShaderPipelineCache.GameFileMaskEnabled 1

Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
