If > 0 then any missed PSOs will be saved to a writable user cache file for subsequent runs to load and avoid in-game hitches. Enabled by default on macOS only.
Usage
Unreal console (open with ~)
> r.ShaderPipelineCache.SaveUserCache 1Console variables take a value. Replace 1 with the setting you need. Run it with no value to print the current one.
